Yes!  On our 12 month subcription basis you only pay the one flat monthly rate!   There's no placement fee or commission, and it doesnt matter how  many candidates you hire or how much you pay them - you just pay the one small monthly flat rate.

If you are trialing or using us for one month only, then the flat fee covers up to one candidate.  Each additional candidate is charged at the same rate.

The fee covers essentially everything you need for a successful recruitment strategy. Depending on your needs you can choose from one of our packages, but they essentially include the following:

• Consultation: Understanding business, vacancy, opportunity, culture, and person you want to recruit.
• Advertsing: Professionally written advert advertised across leading job boards for at least 28 days.
• CV Screening: All applicants screened to ensure only relevant CVs reach your inbox.
• CV Searches: Search for new relevant job seekers.
• Intuitive client portal: Dashboard to reject, accept, leave feedback and see where all candidates are in the recruitment process
• Mini-Headhunts: Research makret and apporach passive top talent candidates
• Careers Page: Create and manage a career showcasing your opportunities and dirving more diect application.
• 1st stage vetting/interview call.
• Candidate Notes: All candidates submitted with detailed notes on background, skills, current salary and salary expectations.
• Arrange and schedule interviews.
• Offer advice and negotiation: (if needed)
• Notice period InTouch calls with candidate.

Absolutely! You can use us exclusively or in conjunction with your existing recruitment agencies or even to supliment your own HR team.
