About Us

We are a trusted provider of mobile signal enhancement solutions across a wide range of buildings across the UK and Europe. Our Amplifi-Qx solutions are powered by Cel-Fi signal boosters, meaning our customers benefit from unparalleled performance. We have installed Amplifi-Qx solutions in a variety of spaces in London and throughout the UK.

  • Hotels

    The Ham Yard Hotel

    A luxury establishment in London's Soho near Mayfair, struggled with poor mobile signal, affecting communication for guests and staff. Signal Solutions was hired to enhance mobile reception across 6000sqm, focusing on the two basements and ground floor, for all four UK networks.

  • High-end Residential / Super Prime

    Residential Property, BelgraviaIn 

    Known for its white townhouses, embassies, and upscale establishments, poor mobile signal is a common issue. A 2,200sqm residential property there, with signal problems especially on the ground and lower levels, sought our help to enhance mobile reception for all networks.

  • Lesiure & Hospitality

    Double Locks Inn

    An 18th-century inn on the Exeter Ship Canal, popular for its outdoor seating and cosy fires, faced issues with poor mobile signal, affecting its payment devices. Our task was to design a signal solution for this listed building with thick walls that block signals, involving a site survey and planning equipment locations in compliance with listed building guidelines.

    Hammerson House Private Care Home

    Nightingale Hammerson, an independent charity operating Nightingale House in Clapham and Hammerson House in Hampstead, faced a severe mobile signal issue at Hammerson House after rebuilding. The new structure blocked mobile signals, prompting them to seek our assistance for a solution.

  • Commercial

    Sykes & Son Head Office

    Known for building and maintenance services in London and the South East, approached us for a signal solution during the construction of their new head office. The goal was to enhance mobile signal for their company phones.



    The HTC Group Head Office

    Specializing in road transport, trailer manufacturing, and related services, has its largest dealership and headquarters at HTC Heathrow. They requested our Amplifi-Qx solution for their Heathrow head office and three additional DAF Truck sites: HTC Hemel Hempstead, HTC Oxford, and HTC Belvedere.



    Thames Water Control Centre

    Seeking our assistance for mobile signal issues at their main control centre and pump building at Lane End Water Treatment Works. The building's structure hindered signal, posing health and safety concerns for employees. Our engineers conducted a comprehensive site survey and signal tests in the 700 sqm, single-floor, metal-clad building, prioritizing signal provision for all networks, especially for lone working and emergencies.

  • NHS & Police

    Humberside Police

    Our team undertook a large project in a 10,000sqm building spanning three floors, facing a significant challenge due to the facility's high-security requirements. Our engineers needed constant escorting and had to maintain discretion and professionalism, as the building was bustling with staff engaged in confidential and sensitive work.


    NHS Informatics Merseyside

    Signal Solutions was approached by an NHS Trust to address mobile signal issues at multiple sites. Staff at various campus locations faced difficulties with their smartphones, significantly affecting productivity. The weak mobile signal and growing employee frustration led the Trust to seek our expertise for a resolution.

Telephone Intro

Someone from our HR team will be in touch to have an initial telephone call to learn a bit more about you and run through the job and answer any initial questions.

1st interview

First stage video interview.  An  initial 30 min informal introduction meeting to learn more about each other before setting up a more formal face to face.

2nd interview

You come into the office to meet us in person and have a more in depth discussion about, the role, our company, your background, aspirations and expectations.

Mark Rose

Director

As co-founder of Signal Solutions, Mark's knowledge when it comes to signal enhancement is second to none. Mark has overseen a large number of Amplifi-Qx projects over the years, from straightforward single-network projects, to large scale installations across multiple buildings.

John Baker

Director

As co-founder of Signal Solutions, John is a key part of the senior team. With over 20 years spent working in the telecoms industry, John brings a wealth of experience to our amazing team. A true all-rounder, John is as comfortable bashing out code as he is installing boosters.

Chris Willis

Head of Engineering

As Head of Engineering at Signal Solutions, Chris takes charge of supervising all active Amplifi-Qx installations. With a vast wealth of knowledge under his belt, Chris skilfully handles multiple active projects at any one time.
